The recent spell of good weather has encouraged Rotarians to meet face to face while respecting government guidelines. Rotarian Bob Scaiff circulated a list of club members divided into groups of six that he proposed would meet outdoors for a drink and informal chat. Although Zoom meetings have allowed the club to function during the past twelve months, nothing replaces the social element of face to face contact and those of us that have already attended the ‘groups of six’ have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Pictured below from the right are rotarians Geoff Lloyd, Bob Scaiff, Don Thompson, Chris Medd and Fred McDonogh at the Radbrook home of Julian Wells (taking the picture) accompanied by Julian’s relaxed looking border terrier Molly.
